VSJ - strojírna s.r.o. - increasing the level of knowledge and skills of employees
We are involved in the call 03_23_047 “COMPANY TRAINING (1)”, which is co-financed by the European Union. The main objective of the call is to increase the level of knowledge and skills of employees, thus ensuring that their competence is in line with the requirements of the work activities performed. The call is included in the OP Employment Plus 2021-2027 programme and its managing authority is the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic.
The project focuses on further professional education of employees – implementation of training courses related to the development of knowledge, skills and abilities required for the performance of a particular profession, with an emphasis on support of personnel over 55 years of age.
Participants will be trained in soft skills, economic knowledge and technical/vocational education. Our project will be finalized in 2026 and will be presented on our website with additional and detailed information on the outcomes, once it is concluded.
